The Data Centre of the RISC at the RISC Annual Conference

From 16th to 18th of September 2026, the Annual Conference of the Research Institute Social Cohesion took place at Salles De Pologne Leipzig. On the topic “A New Regime of Inequality? Wealth Concentration, Social Cleavages, and the Future of Social Cohesion,” the approximately 100 participants exchanged views in a variety of discussion formats. The Research Data Center of the RISC set up an information booth at the event. Interested visitors were able to try out the interactive features of the Data Center’s website and, for example, use the climate type calculator to find out which of the five climate types developed by the FDZ team they correspond to.
