Data Access

We're glad that you've taken notice of us, and we're happy to show you how you can gain access to the datasets provided by the Research Data Center of the RISC (RDC-RISC).  Data can be requested by any post-doctoral researcher affiliated with a scientific institution.

Here's how to proceed:

  1. Create a data usage account.
  2. You'll receive an email confirmation with your login credentials.
  3. Log in to your account, download the data distribution contract from the "My Data" section, and fill it out. Please note that a separate signature is required for the agreement and the privacy policy. Upload the contract.
  4. After we review your agreement, you'll receive a notification from us. At this point, you can proceed to order the desired data from the "Scientific Use Files" section of your account.
  5. The data will be transmitted to you using encryption software called Cryptshare. Additionally, you'll receive a text message with the passwords to the mobile number you provided in your account.

As the primary user of the account, you have the ability to share this data with researchers under your supervision, who are designated as secondary users. Please list the secondary users within your account. It is required that they sign a privacy policy, which must be retained by you for archival purposes. We would like to emphasize that the data we provide is intended for scientific use only.

We hope you enjoy using the data!
