Information on the RatSWD complaints office

The RDC-RISC received provisional accreditation as a Research Data Centre from the RatSWD on 24.11.2022.  You can use a contact form on the RatSWD website to address any unresolved problems regarding the use of the data that you have not been able to resolve with us. The complaints office’s mandate is limited to matters of compliance with the accreditation criteria of the German Data Forum (RatSWD).
